Strategic Asset Manager

Strategic Asset Manager\n£65,000-£75,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance\n\nWe are recruiting for an experienced Strategic Asset Manager to join a large and complex estate portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for an Asset Management professional with a strong technical background in M&E and building fabric assets to take ownership of long-term asset strategy, capital planning and lifecycle management.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Develop and implement asset lifecycle strategies across M&E and building fabric assets.\n\n * Produce long-term capital investment plans and asset replacement programmes.\n\n * Manage asset registers, condition surveys and performance data.\n\n * Lead asset risk assessmens and compliance planning.\n\n * Support the delivery of refurbishment, upgrade and replacement projects.\n\n * Monitor asset performance, reliability and lifecycle costs through KPI reporting.\n\n * Manage asset-related budgets and expenditure forecasts.\n\nAbout You:\n\n * Proven experience in Asset Management, Estates Management, Building Services or Facilities Management.\n\n * Strong technical knowledge of M&E systems and building fabric assets.\n\n * Ability to analyse technical data and make evidence-based recommendations.\n\n * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.\n\n * Experience working within large, complex estates or critical environments is advantageous
